In order to actively promote the performance management work and effectively strengthen the quantitative assessment of employees at all levels in various units and departments, the group company held a performance management training course from December 6th to 9th. The team leaders and above of the company's factories and departments participated in the training. Through this training, everyone has a further understanding and clarity on the company's assessment system, the problems existing in the 2012 annual assessment and the work objectives of the next stage. The smooth progress of the work created favorable conditions.
