In order to match the comprehensive quality of employees with job needs, enable employees to master the professional knowledge required to complete their jobs, and promote the continuous improvement of employees' work skills; the group company's 2012 annual training adopts the method of "individual self-study + unit training". Individual self-study is the main, and unit teaching is supplemented. The training cycle is based on quarters, with a small test every half a month, and no major test every quarter, using the method of "computer test and random selection". As of the end of December, the group company has organized 23 consecutive exams for all employees, and 100% of all employees have participated.
Through personal self-study and training exams, the learning atmosphere is increasingly strong. All units actively strive to create "learning-type teams and learning-type positions", so that the ideological style has gradually changed, the quality of the team has been significantly improved, and the work performance has been steadily improved.
