Main production equipment: Equipped with 4 JNDK43-99D large-scale side-mounted tamping coke ovens that comply with industrial policies, environmental protection system standards, and advanced technology, as well as coal tar, crude benzene recovery, ammonia washing and ammonia distillation, ammonia decomposition, HPF gas desulfurization Equivalent production equipment and production auxiliary equipment.

In terms of environmental governance, it is equipped with coke oven coal charging, smoke removal and dust removal trucks, coke pushing ground dust removal stations, and coking sewage is biochemically treated by A/O method, realizing the discharge of "three wastes" in the production process up to the standard.

Quality and control: a quality inspection center equipped with advanced testing equipment and a production scheduling control center with information management.

Public and auxiliary facilities: equipped with fire station, large coal yard, coke yard, oil depot, storage, various large loading and unloading transportation vehicles and special lines for electrified railways.

The clean coal for coking and washing is supplied by the coal washing plant of the group company, and the medium and low pressure steam for production and the electricity for production are supplied by the thermal power company affiliated to the group company.

At the end of 2002, the JND43-99 tamping coke oven, which was first built and put into operation in my country, was an advanced large-scale tamping coke oven pioneered in my country. During the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period, Maosheng Group will build a 6.25-meter large tamping coke oven, which will make the company's coke oven equipment reach the international leading level.

The "Maosheng Brand" high-quality coke produced by the Coking Company has been exported to more than ten countries and regions such as Japan, India, and the United States for a long time as an export energy product. ". For a long time, the company has always adhered to the guiding ideology of "high quality", and its coke and chemical products have won the recognition and praise of domestic and foreign market users.

Maosheng Group will further enhance the concentration of the traditional coking industry and the intensive processing of chemical products through enterprise transformation and upgrading. At the end of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period, the coking company will have an annual production and processing capacity of 3 million tons of coke, 164,000 tons of coal tar, 37,800 tons of crude benzene, and 1.358 billion cubic meters of coke oven gas, with an annual sales income of 7 billion yuan.
